Spread the loveFor many of us, our history education consisted of opening up the text book, reading the chapter, and answering the comprehension questions. This method, or some variation of it, is still a predominant, albeit a less impactful approach, to teaching history in some classrooms today. History and social studies classes need to be transformed into skills-based classes, much like how math and English language arts classes have been.
